Recipe costing and menu pricing software for Indian kitchens.

MiseMap is a web application that tells restaurants, cafés and cloud kitchens what each dish on their menu actually costs to make. You enter your ingredients and their purchase prices, build recipes from them — including nested prep recipes such as gravies and masala bases — and MiseMap calculates the cost per portion, the food-cost percentage and the margin on every dish. When one ingredient price changes, every recipe that uses it is re-costed automatically.

It also handles unit conversion, trim and yield loss, GST, allergen tracking and supplier price history, and exports your data at any time. You can try MiseMap free for 14 days, no card.

Signing in with Google is optional and is used only to create and authenticate your MiseMap account. MiseMap requests your name, email address and profile picture for that purpose. It does not read, send or store any other Google data.
